| Job responsibilities: 1. Main designer of the project, lead the design engineer(s) to do design job. Make technical choices to fulfill customer requirements and be cost effective as far as possible. 2. Make the schedule of project, maintain it up to date and manage all resources to meet the schedule. Raise alarms to higher management when risks are identified. 3. Follow project management regulation and tools to perform internal and external reviews (milestones), management of deliverables and Open Items 4. Manage communication with customer answering their needs, treating their problems and complains. Ensure highest image and performance in front of customer. Qualifications: 1. English speaking & writing 2. Engineer Education, Civil structure and Metallurgy background 3. 8+ years relevant working experience with at least 2 overseas project steel structure design experience 4. Familiar with BS, AISC, GB code, know about AS, CISC standard 5. Familiar with PKPM, STAD Pro. and Finite Element Analysis 6. Good skills in communication, organization and competence in solving problem 7. Willing to work hard and endure the job pressure 8.
