| 職位描述 |
| 1，負(fù)責(zé)制訂公司各項(xiàng)質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)并監(jiān)督執(zhí)行情況； 1. Responsible for drafting the standard for quality inspection of the company and supervise the performance status. 2， 組織 ISO 質(zhì)量體系的學(xué)習(xí)，增強(qiáng)全員質(zhì)量意識(shí)，提高整體質(zhì)量保證能力。組織《質(zhì)量計(jì) 劃》和《作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書》的編寫、修改、報(bào)批工作； 2. Organize the study of ISO quality system，enhance the quality awareness of all the staffs， improve the quality assurance ability. Draft，modify and approve 《quality plan》and 《operation instruction》. 3， 內(nèi)審、外審工作； 3. Internal and external audit. 4， 糾正預(yù)防措施的檢查和落實(shí)； 4. Examine and execute the preventive measures. 5， 不合格品分析、報(bào)告、統(tǒng)計(jì)； 5. Analyze，report and collect statistic of the nonconforming products. 6， 制定質(zhì)量控制計(jì)劃（Quality Plan）包括但不僅限于質(zhì)量手冊(cè)（Quality Manual），ISO 子 程序計(jì)劃，項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)策劃（ITP），尺寸控制計(jì)劃及探傷計(jì)劃； 6. Establish quality plan including but not limited to the quality manual， ISO program， inspection and test plan ， dimension control plan and inspection plan; 7 根據(jù)不同項(xiàng)目合同，規(guī)范及要求制定和 MDR Index 及 MDR 各類檢查表格設(shè)計(jì)； 7. According to the different project contract，standardize and draft inspection lists of MDR and MDR Index. 8，審核工藝部編制的 WPS 及 WPQR 并移交文控向業(yè)主提交； 8. Audit the WPS and WPQR files developed by the process team，transfer the files to DOC control and submit files to the client. 9，負(fù)責(zé)質(zhì)量竣工資料（MDR）的整理，并提供給文員歸檔； 9. Responsible for organizing and completing MDR files ， submitting files to clerk for filing. 10，審核預(yù)投標(biāo)和合同內(nèi)的質(zhì)量條款； 10. Examine the pre-bid and the quality terms of the contract. 11，協(xié)助采購部對(duì)供應(yīng)商的資質(zhì)及制造質(zhì)量進(jìn)行審核及評(píng)估； 11. Assist the purchasing department to audit and evaluate the aptitude and manufacturing quality of the supplier. 12，協(xié)助分包商管理部對(duì)分包商及勞務(wù)外包隊(duì)的資質(zhì)及制造質(zhì)量進(jìn)行審核及評(píng)估； 12. Assist the sub-contract management department to audit and evaluate the aptitude and manufacturing quality of the sub-contractor and the outsourcing team |
